Extreme teaming: how to build successful teams with participants from different partners.

We will look into the research of extreme teaming, i.e. creating teams for cross organization collaboration. What made these teams successful and what can we learn from them? During the interactive workshop, participants will share their own experience and create a common ground for how to build extreme teaming collaboration within TECoSA.
