On October 15, the TECoSA consortium held its 19th consortium meeting since the centre’s start in 2020. Hosted by Ericsson Research in Kista, the event brought together around 50 participants from academia and industry to exchange insights and explore future directions in trustworthy edge computing systems and applications.

The meeting featured dynamic contributions from new partners — including Airolit (drone-based solutions), 3D Interactive (XR technologies), and Scaleout (federated learning) — as well as presentations from three new postdocs: Marcus Nolte (trustworthiness assurance), Merle Reiman (edge AI), and Diletta Olliaro (industrial edge).

Participants also enjoyed live demonstrations of future cyber-physical systems and their interaction with smart infrastructure at the Ericsson Studio.
